1] This is an application for relaxation of the condition Nos.(a) and (b) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 28.1.2016. The said conditions read as under: (b) After their release the applicants shall not enter the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police Commissionerate except for attending the Court dates.

(c) The applicant is permitted to enter the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police Commissionerate to attend the Court dates between 10.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m The applicant thereafter withdraw himself from the said jurisdiction immediately.

appp.33-2017.doc 2] This Court while releasing the applicant on bail imposed the said two conditions after taking into consideration the attending circumstances of the present case. I find no reason to relax and/or modify the said conditions.

3] Application is accordingly rejected.
