The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking condonation of delay of 26 days in filing the above Review Petition. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application. The Respondent Shri. Harish Kishinchand Chandnani appears in person. He opposes the application. However, ultimately submits to the orders of the Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 26 days in filing the Review Petition stands condoned.
