This Civil Application is filed for recall of an order of rejection passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) on the ground of non removal of office objections. There is a delay of 337 days in taking out the present Civil Application. The delay is explained in the Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Second Appeal shall stand rejected as per Rule 5 of Chapter V of the High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, without further reference to this Court.
