Learned counsel as well as learned APP states that during pendency of this application, the charge-sheet is filed Yesterday i.e. on 25.2.2022. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the trial Court for his release on bail.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial Court for his release on bail in the changed circumstances of filing of the chargesheet.
