Heard. This is an application seeking transit bail. Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that on 26 December, 2016 a person claiming to be Police Officer, had been to the house of the Applicant and had informed that Crime No. 548 of 2015 is registered against the present Applicant at Omti Police Station, Jabalpur, District :- Jabalpur for the offences punishable U/s 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that till then he had no knowledge that the crime is registered against him at Jabalpur Police Station. Learned advocate for the Applicant submits, on instructions, that the Applicant is willing and ready to co-operate with the investigation in Crime No.548 of 2015 registered at Jabalpur Police Station and seeks transit bail to reach Jabalpur. ORDER

(a) The Application is allowed;

(b) The Applicant stands protected till 3 February, 2017; (c) The Applicant shall furnish his permanent address, cell number and other details to the Goregaon Police Station on or before 18 January, 2017;

The application is disposed of accordingly.
