1) Heard. Learned APP submits that in the present case, investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed on 24/02/2015. Applicants herein were protected by way of ad-interim relief vide order dated 17/02/2015. This Court had observed that applicants are permanent residents of Pune. Compilation of charge-sheet shows that in the course of investigation, suicide note was seized which is reflected in the scene of offence panchanama which is drawn on 01/12/2014. In the said suicide note, deceased had specifically stated that she has committed suicide out of regret.

2 2.80.15 aba 2) In view of this, interim relief granted vide order dated 17/02/2015 needs to be confirmed.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each and one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Application stands disposed of.
