Heard. These are the applications seeking condonation of delay. The delay is of two days in filing both the appeals, challenging the judgment and order dated 11th October, 2018 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 33rd Court, Bellard Pier, Mumbai thereby convicting the accused under section 138 r/w. 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 6,7 and 8, the delay of two days needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
