The applicants, who are the plaintiffs, have filed the suit. The suit was dismissed by order dated 24th November, 2009 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi. It appears from record that at no time, the order of dismissal of suit was stayed by this Court. The applicants/plaintiffs have lost the possession on 29th June, 2007.

On 8th June, 2018 when the matter was called out, none appeared for the applicants and therefore, the matter is fixed today under the caption of "Dismissal". Today none present for applicants when the matter is called out. Hence, Civil Revision Application is dismissed.
