By order dated 22/01/2020, after considering the factual circumstances, on recording that the custodial interrogation of AJN

2/2 06 ABA-132.20.odt the Applicant is not necessary, the Applicant was admitted to interim protection.

Today, learned A.P.P. makes a statement that the Applicant has co-operated with the investigation and the charge-sheet is filed. Since the investigation is now complete and in the wake of the observation made by this court while admitting the Applicant to interim protection that the custodial interrogation is not warranted, the order dated 22/01/2020 is made absolute, subject to the stipulation that the Applicant will render all his assistance, if needed by the Investigating Officer.

The Anticipatory Bail Application as well as the Interim Application are disposed of.
