This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicants by an order dated 16.09.2015 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1866 of 2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. By the said condition, the applicants were directed to remain present in Santacruz Police Station on every Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till further orders. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that since the date of passing of the said order, her clients have complied with the said condition till date. She further submitted that as of today the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet is filed and, therefore, the said condition may be relaxed. The learned APP on 1/2
(33) APPLN 37-16 instructions submitted that the charge-sheet in the said crime has already been filed and appropriate order may be passed in that behalf.

In view of the fact that the applicants are regularly attending the Santacruz Police Station from 16.09.2015 till today as was directed by the Additional Sessions Judge by the order dated 16.09.2015 and the charge-sheet has now been filed, I am inclined to modify the said condition.

Hence, the following order:
Condition No.2(1) of the order dated 16.09.2015 passed in ABA No. 1866/15 is hereby modified and the applicants are hereby directed to attend Santacruz Police Station on every 1st Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial.
