This is an application received through Jail with a prayer that Sessions Case No.109/2010 pending in the trial court may be directed to be heard expeditiously. The applicant has stated that he is in Jail since last 68-months and the trial pertaining to the said Sessions Case is not yet concluded.

2) The learned APP on instructions submitted that as of today the prosecution has examined 11witnesses and the trial has already commenced. In view of the same, I find that no further directions are necessary to be given in Sessions Case No. 109/2010. Application is disposed off accordingly. Registry to communicate this order to the applicant in Jail.
