The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 9th November, 2017 passed by the Appellate Authority under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

Vide the impugned order, the Appellate Authority had modified the order of externment dated 27th July, 2017. The effect of the impugned order was that, the Petitioner was externed out of the limits of Mumbai Suburban and Thane Districts, as well as Mumbai Police Commissionarate.

The externment order was passed in the year 2017. The record of this Petition does not show that the stay was granted to the Bhalchandra
