The petition challenges order dated 18th December, 2018 vide which the learned Tribunal has refused to grant interim relief at that stage.

The perusal of order passed by the learned Tribunal itself reveals that the learned Tribunal has observed that by granting an interim relief, an order or notice on termination, should not be stayed without giving an opportunity to hear other side in the interest of justice. In that view, the learned Tribunal has kept the matter on 13th February, 2019. 3.

Since the matter is already kept on 13th February, 2019 for consideration of grant of interim relief after hearing the 1/2

53-WP453-19.DOC Respondents in the original application, we are not inclined to exercise extra-ordinary jurisdiction on the said issue. On the said date, the learned Tribunal will consider the prayer of the present petitioner for grant of interim relief on its own merit.
