Learned APP places on record communication received from the police authorities dated 4 October 2021 that 'B' summary has been filed before the J.M.F.C. Shivaji Nagar, Pune, opining that the crime was reported without any basis and only for harassment. In light of this development, further steps in law will have to be taken. If the further developments are against the Petitioner, the Petitioner has remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.
