This application is seeking stay to the execution of the judgment and award dated 5.8.2010, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune, in MACP No.951 of 2005. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the entire decreetal amount of Rs.14,90,000/- has been deposited by the applicant in the Tribunal on 20.4.2011 in the District Court, Pune. Hence stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

The Office Note shows that notice is already served on all respondent Nos. 1 to 6. However, no-one has appeared and hence appeal 1/2
