Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition in view of the order dated 6th July, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sangli, in passing a divorce decree by consent. A copy of the same is taken on record. In view of the said subsequent developments, this application on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition. Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. Dismissed as withdrawn. The amount of Rs.75,000/- as deposited by the petitioner in this court in pursuance of the order passed by this court dated 7th March,2017 is permitted to be withdrawn along with accrued interest if any.
