This Court vide order dated 18 December 2023 directed to vacate the suit structure within four weeks. While passing such order, the TAC reports were considered, which state that the structure falls under C-1 category and should be vacated and pulled down immediately.

In view of this, no further time can be granted. The Interim Application stands rejected.
