After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a discharge application before the trial Court, if till date charge has not been framed in the said case.

Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
