The Petitioner a Member of Co-operative Bank, has filed this Petition on 16 January 2020 for a direction to the State to inquire into the conduct of Respondent No.3 who was working as the Deputy Registrar and had acted as Election Officer for the Bank. JYOTI RAJESH MANE The learned AGP states that reply Affidavit is filed on 3 by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2023.12.11 11:33:01 +0530 September 2021 placing on record that inquiry is initiated by appointing an inquiry officer on 20 October 2020 and the stage of the inquiry was recording of evidence of witnesses.
