Heard. The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of his complaint dated 2.12.2013. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned officer, makes a statement that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and conclusion was arrived that the grievance of the complainant which is referred in the complaint is of civil nature.
