The first Bail Application of the Applicant came to be rejected by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Karad on 21st July 2020. In view of rejection, present Application is filed. 2.

During pendency of this Application, it is submitted on behalf of the Applicant, that the second Application was allowed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad and the same is reflected in the order dated 24th November 2022 passed by this Court. In fact, on 24th November 2022, learned Counsel for the Applicant has sought for withdrawal of the Bail Application. As per order dated 28th November 2022, the Applicant was directed to place a copy of the order on record. As per order dated 9th December 2022, it is recorded that learned Counsel for the Applicant has written letter to the client.

When the learned Counsel for the Applicant is saying that the Applicant is released on bail and inspite of granting time, a copy of the order granting bail is not produced on record, there is no point in keeping this Application pending.
