Heard. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties.

The petitioners are challenging the interim order passed by the Minister, Co-operative and Textiles dated 18th December 2018 thereby staying the bifurcation of Co-operative Society and handing over the properties in favour of the newly formed society i.e. Saket Co-operative Housing Society.

Dusane 2/2 925 wp 1240.2019.doc Learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Dani submits that the next hearing is due on 13th February 2019. Upon perusal of the facts of the case, it would not be necessary to interfere with the interim orders passed by the Minister, Co-operative and Textiles. However, the Minister, Co-operative and Textiles is hereby directed to conclude the hearing in the Revision Application on/or before 4th March 2019. The Minister, Co-operative and Textiles shall not adjourn the matter beyond 27th February 2019.

With these observations, the matter stands disposed of. It is made clear that all the contentions of both the parties are kept open.

It is hereby directed that both the parties shall remain present for hearing before the Minister, Co-operative and Textiles, Mantralaya, Mumbai on 13th February 2019 and shall not seek an adjournment on that day.
