The application is moved for permission to go out of India for visiting China during the period from 03-02-2015 to 10-02-2015. It is submitted that the applicant wants to visit the said country for the business purpose. It is submitted that no misuse of permission of similar Vishal 1/2

901-appp-40-2015 nature granted earlier was made and hence prayer be considered.

The learned APP submits report. The objection taken by the police is more speculative rather than the prayer of the applicant. The applicant has also annexed the necessary Visa obtained for the proposed visit.

Resultantly, the application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to visit China during the period from 03-02-2015 to 10-02-2015. The applicant shall furnish his detailed programme to the Crime Branch and shall strictly adhere to it and shall not misuse the permission granted for any other oblique purpose.

Application stands disposed of.
