Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at sufficient length of time. Perused the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, in criminal revision No.483 of 2018 dated 20.08.2019 thereby, dismissing the complaint as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Also perused the police report.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that dishonest intention of the respondent/accused is seen from the fact that, he was demanding the papers of Royalty for payment of balance of amount for the material supplied.

The transaction between the parties is purely a civil transaction. Crush sand was supplied by the petitioner/original complainant to the respondent No.2. Part payment of the material supplied was made and balance amount is not paid. Learned revisional court found the case to be fit for interference in its revisional jurisdiction. The matter being that of purely civil transaction between the parties, I find no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the revisional court. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. (A. M.
