In terms of the earlier order, not only the inspection has been carried out in the presence of the petitioner, but a seizure is effected. The seizure panchanama is also on record. Beyond this, the authority has passed an order of provisional release of the goods, but on conditions.

In the light of these subsequent developments, which may not be entirely to the liking of the petitioner and the petitioner may be aggrieved by the order of provisional release as also the seizure, but, surely, the writ petition is not the remedy to challenge this and the petitioner is aware of the legal remedies as provided in the Act.

Since the petitioner is desirous of challenging the seizure as also the order of provisional release, this writ petition is disposed of by clarifying that no opinion is expressed on the rival contentions. All contentions of the petitioner, as raised in the petition, are kept open.
