By this petition, the Petitioner is objecting the numbering of row-houses by Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we find that numbering to row-houses are given as per the MHADA's policy reflected in the Circular dated 7th December 2009. In exercise of jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India we are not inclined to interfere with the same. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
