At that time, learned counsel Mr. Uday Warunjikar across the bar made a statement that petitioner party in person Vasant Bhavasar, Advocate is no more. He himself filed petition in his name. As petitioner himself is no more, there is nothing survives in this petition. Hence, petition stands dismissed as abated.
