The petitioners claim to be working as 'Cook and Kamathi' in various Ashram schools run by the respondents. They had filed representation in the year 2012 for their regularisation which according to learned Counsel is not considered so far.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that petitioners may file afresh representation addressed to the concerned authority within three weeks from today. In case such a representation is received, we direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with record and policy of the Government and communicate the decision to the petitioners within further six weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
