The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition is filed in this Court with a prayer for de-freezing of bank account of the Petitioner namely bank account no. 7323885371 in Respondent No. 3 - Kotak Mahindra Bank.

During the pendency of the Petition, the bank account is de-freezed. As such grievance raised in the Petition no more survives. The Petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the Petition.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
