However, the objections were not removed till 27/4/2009. Rule was issued on 22/9/2005 by this Court and it was directed that if the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate was not implemented till today i.e. 22/9/2005, same shall not be implemented till further orders. None appeared for the Petitioner on 21 st April, 2016. Today also none appears for the Petitioner. In view of this, it appears that the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
