The only relief claimed through this PIL is to direct the respondent Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to petitioner's grievance about the illegal and unauthorized construction in PMRDA area.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent PMRDA to consider the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate steps/decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. With the aforesaid directions, PIL is disposed of.
