Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend to implead the S.R.A, as party Respondent No.3. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 30th October, 2018. Hamdast permitted. Learned A.G.P waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and seeks time to take instructions. In addition to the Court notice, Advocate for the Petitioner to serve the added

Notice to indicate that an endeavour shall be made to decide the Petition finally at the stage of admission. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to supply a spare copy in the Registry within one week from today, so as to enable the Registry to issue notice to the Respondent No.3.

If the spare copy is not supplied within the stipulated time, the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
