The petitioner complainant states that though the facts disclose commission of offence attracting provisions of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 that Act was not added when FIR was registered or when charge-sheet came to be filed in the trial Court.

We grant liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and point out the contentions raised before this Court. With said liberty and keeping contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the present petition.
