The petition is pending since 2016 without there being any notice in the matter.

Counsel for the petitioners informs that the petitioners are charge-sheeted and in view of change in circumstances leave be granted to amend the petition.

In view of the fact that the petition is pending since last more than seven years, so also, the petitioners are charge-sheeted, in our opinion, warrants complete change in the pleadings. 4.

That being so, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition questioning the charge-sheet.
