The applicants in both these applications are seeking bail in CR No.508 of 2018 registered with Karad City Police Station on 19th June 2018 for offences under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 25 of Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that on 19th June 2018 the accused had assaulted the victim Sagar Nalawade on head, hand and nose by weapon. The applicants in Bail Application No.1049 of 2019 were arrested on 26th June 2019 whereas applicant in Bail Application No.193 of 2020 was arrested on 5th July 2018. 3.
Learned counsel for applicants drew my attention to the injury certificate of Sagar Nalawade which shows that he had suffered CLW on right hand which was of grievous nature, CLW on right hand of simple nature and injury to left hand was of grievous nature. The other injuries on nose and leg of simple nature. 4.
The applicants are in custody from the date of arrest. Learned counsel for the applicants in both the applications submitted that with a view to maintain harmony, the injured, the complainant and the applicants have resolved their dispute. The injured Sagar Nalawade has filed affidavits in both the applications which are affirmed on 8th January 2020. The injured is present in Court. He has been identified by advocate representing him . In the affidavits it is stated that the injured personally knows the accused and their family members. They have entered into peaceful and amicable terms with the accused and the dispute has been settled with the persons named in the affidavits. Both the affidavits filed by victim Sagar Nalawade are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The complainant has also filed similar affidavits dated 8th January 2020 being the complainant in the present cases. The complainant is also present in the Court. The affidavits are taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. The applicants are in custody from the date of arrest, as stated above.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances and also the nature of evidence, bail can be granted to the applicants. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) Criminal Bail Application Nos.193 of 2020 and Criminal Bail Application No.1049 of 2019 are allowed and disposed of; (ii) The applicants in both the applications are directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.508 of 2018 registered with Karad City Police Station, Karad, on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicants in both these applicants shall attend Karad City Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 10 am and 12 noon till further orders.
