Clause 2 of order dated 23rd January 2023 restricts the operation on stay to the order dated 1st December 2022 till the next date of hearing. Clause 4 of order dated 23rd January 2023 indicates that the next date of hearing was 15th June 2023. Therefore, life of Clause 2 of order dated 23rd January 2023 has come to an end on 15th June 2023. Hence, the writ petition need not be entertained.
