The issue raised in this petition has been decided by the Supreme Court in its judgment dated 5th July 2011 in SLP (C) Nos.17039-17040/2010 (Khandesh College Education Society, Jalgaon and another v. Arjun Hari Narkhede and others). The issue concerns entitlement of teachers in colleges affiliated with Pune University for the benefit of encashment of earned and privilege leave.
