At the outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody for a period of about 4 years and there is no progress in trial. The trial may be expedited. In the event trial is not over within stipulated time, the applicant be granted liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in custody for a period of 4 years. The trial is expedited. Trial Court shall make by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

2021.08.05 11:18:29 +0530 endeavour to complete trial in six months.
