Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by original respondent no.2 Insurance Company for condonation of 194 days delay in filing first appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 11.03.2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 54 of 2010.

The learned counsel Mr. Tajane appearing on behalf of the respondents original claimants vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of 194 days delay.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that Sneha Chavan 1/2

i) Delay in preferring first appeal is condoned. ii) Civil Application disposed of accordingly.

iii) No order as to costs.
