It is alleged that, the complainant sustained simple injuries due to scuffle between the applicant and the complainant. It has been brought on record that, co-accused who had allegedly inflicted knife blow has been released
2/3 ABA-136-2020 (SR.912) on bail. The allegations against the applicant is that, he had allegedly inflicted kickblows on the complainant who was attempting to unload the stored sand unauthorisedly. In view of the nature of accusations and the facts of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 272/2019 registered with Wadala Police Station, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) each with one or two sureties in the like sum.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

The applicants shall furnish the particulars of their place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today;

The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the
3/3 ABA-136-2020 (SR.912) complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of granting bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.

The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed off.
