Perusal of proceedings reveals that by an order dated 30/01/2018 conditional order was passed granting "4 weeks time for supplying published copy of Newspaper for Respondent No.1 in Civil Application No.3243/2016 failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed against Respondent No.1", instead of "4 weeks granted for supplying published copy of Newspaper for Respondent No.1 in First Appeal No.1/2016 failing which Appeal shall stand dismissed against Respondent No.1".

Accordingly, order dated 30/01/2018 stands corrected.
