DATED : 12th APRIL, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP Ms.Shinde has placed on record the status of the trial of the applicant for the offence punishable under the MCOC, and according to her, the purshis has been filed by the Special P.P, closing the evidence. For recording the statement of the accused u/s.313 of the Cr.P.C, the case is now scheduled on 20/4/2022. In the wake of the said statement, since the trial itself is at the final stage, requesting the District Judge, Barshi to culminate the MCOC Case No.1 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of recording of the 313 statement, Bail Application is disposed off.
