This Civil application is for leave to deposit the rent amount in the court. The reason why this application is taken out is because when the petitioners sent the rent to the respondents for the period November-2013 to January-2014 by money order, the same was not accepted. The counsel for the respondents states on instructions that they are ready and willing to accept the rent. In view thereof, Civil application does not survive and is disposed as rejected.

The counsel for the applicants undertakes to pay the outstanding rent upto 28.2.2015 on or before 25.2.2015. The counsel's undertaking on instructions to continue to pay regularly rent, is also accepted.
