Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court (Coram : Anuja Prabhudesai, J.) has granted bail to the Applicant, while imposing condition this Court has imposed condition that, the Applicant shall furnish one of the two sureties This order is corrected pursuant to order dated 11th October 2023. 60-iba-154-2023 in ba-714-2021.doc would be local surety. The learned counsel further submitted that, it is very difficult for him furnish one local surety. Applicant is ready to furnish two sureties instead of one local surety. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned APP has submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The Condition No.(i) of order dated 30th March 2022 is modified as under :- "The Applicant is permitted to furnish one surety from the outside the local jurisdiction of the Mumbai".
