This is an application seeking permission to serve respondents No.1 and 2(A) to 2(F) by paper publication. Mr. Koregave submits that respondents No.3 to 5 are already served. As far as respondents No.1 and 2(A) to 2(F) are concerned, even in the trial Court they were served by way of paper publication. He further submits that applicants may be permitted to issue public notice in daily Marathi newspaper "Lokmat, Kolhapur Edition", which is widely circulated newspaper in Kolhapur where respondents No.1 and 2(A) to 2(F) ordinarily reside. 3.

In view thereof, and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to cost.
