This Civil Application seeks recall of a self operative rejection order passed by Registrar Judicial II for non-compliance with office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The Applicants/Appellants shall remove all office objections within two weeks, failing which the Second Appeal shall stand rejected under Rule 5 of Chapter V of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Rules, without reference to this Court. After the office objections are removed and the Second Appeal is numbered, the same shall be placed on board for admission on 4 April 2017.
