Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of the chargesheet and FIR under section 324, 323, 504 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The parties in the petition state that the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 are separate from petitioner nos.2 and 3, and are residing together at different address. 4.
