This application is for permission to the applicant to prefer an application in terms of Amnesty Scheme 2014.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that they already made application to the Competent Authority on 27.01.2015. But, thereafter, they received letter dated 02.02.2015 from Assistant Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation directing applicant to take permission from the Sneha Chavan 1/2
PR 10 caf 482-15= .doc Court. Hence, he has preferred this Civil Application.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ( a) which reads thus: "a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to prefer an Application in terms of Amnesty Scheme 2014."
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
