1) This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.258/2016 dated 22.8.2016 registered with Sahar Police Station, Mumbai under Section-498A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the I.P.C. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and(b). 2) The applicant in ABA No.2109/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and then amended copy of the application be served upon the respondent No.2. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
