In view of this, and the fact that the Notice of Motion is pending since 2014, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the pending Notice of Motion and dispose of the same within two months from the receipt of this order. 3.

Accordingly, the present appeal from order stands disposed of. In view of disposal of the appeal from order, pending civil applications are also disposed of.
